Returns & Exchanges

At Walt's Used Workwear, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if your pre-owned workwear doesn't fit the job, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in the same condition as received to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the cleaned workwear back into its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all Walt's tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
